About Jade Boylan

i'm a 20-year-old aspiring picture book illustrator, writer, blogger, maker & designer currently studying for a BA degree in Fine Art at college in the Isle of Man. i draw everything from scratch with pencils and fineliners before scanning it into my macbook pro for digital fixing, colouring & editing. i also hand embroider pieces and make small plush dolls and sweets using felt, embroidery floss & fibre fill.
